Psychiatry and Behavioral Health

Compassionate, Comprehensive Mental Health Support for Women+

At the Women’s+ Health Collective, we know that mental health is an essential part of overall well-being. Our Psychiatry & Behavioral Health team is here to support our adult patients at every stage of life—whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma, or simply need a safe space to process life’s challenges.

Our psychiatric Physician Assistant, Erin Walker, specializes in women’s mental health, with a particular focus on the perinatal and perimenopausal years. With deep expertise in the ways emotional, hormonal, and physical health intersect, we offer care that is both evidence-based and deeply personalized.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive Psychiatric Medication Evaluations
We take time to hear your full story—medical, emotional, and environmental—so we can make an accurate diagnosis and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

  • Medication Management
When medication is appropriate, we incorporate it as one part of a holistic care plan. We work closely with you to monitor and adjust medications thoughtfully and safely.

  • Support Through Trauma, Grief, and Life Transitions
Whether you’re navigating trauma, loss, postpartum changes, or major life transitions, we walk alongside you with empathy and without judgment.

Trauma-Informed Care

Many of our patients carry the impact of past trauma. Our trauma-informed approach ensures that your care is guided by safety, empowerment, and collaboration. You are never just a diagnosis—we honor your story, respect your boundaries, and work with you to create trust and control in your healing process.

Affirming, Inclusive Support

We are committed to creating an environment where every woman+ feels seen and respected. Our team provides affirming care that is gender-inclusive, culturally sensitive, and responsive to the diverse experiences of our patients. Whether you identify as LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodiverse, or are navigating identity-related stressors, we welcome and honor your full self.

Because when it comes to your mental health—you deserve care that’s as unique and strong as you are.
